Position: Test Automation Analyst
Experience: 5-9 years

Education: Any Graduation or Post Graduation

Eligibility Criteria

1. Strong background and experience in manual testing concepts, methodologies, and SDLC models
2. Knowledge about principles of automation framework design, Test automation methodologies, Processes, and standards
3. Should have been part of at least 2 test automation projects
4. Proficient in test automation concepts, design, and maintenance of automated test scripts
5. Should be proficient in at least 2 of the following test  automation
   1. Selenium web driver with Java/ C#/ Ruby/ JavaScript/ Python/ PHP
   2. Protractor
   3. Appium
   4. RestAssured/PostMan/SoapUI
6. Should be proficient in atleast 2 of the following frameworks /approaches

9. Strong exposure and hands-on experience in setting up a Continuous testing pipeline with the following
   1. AzureDevops
   2. Jenkins

10. Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS
11. Should have prior experience in interfacing with clients and other stakeholders
12. Should have prior experience in leading a small team of automation engineers

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design test automation frameworks from the scratch or enhance existing ones with new features/bug fixes
• Manage one or multiple test automation projects independently
• Develop, execute and maintain Automated test cases as part  of the project and ensure that quality work is delivered
• Report bugs & recommend  test automation enhancements to clients
• Design test automation strategies, test automation plans, and create proposals
• Conduct feasibility study analysis on test automation to select appropriate test automation tools and select appropriate test cases/areas for automation
• Deliver proof of concepts on test automation to exhibit test automation abilities and skills
• Configure/Setup continuous testing with Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Configure/setup required infrastructure to facilitate test automation
• Participate in teleconferences with clients to understand their requirements, troubleshoot automation issues, etc.
• Research and implement test automation trends, processes, and best practices
• Support functional testing teams delivery teams’ multiple test automation projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to prepare marketing collateral such as automation demos, technical articles, etc.
• Write white papers, blogs, and case studies on test automation
• Lead a small team of test automation engineers

Designation: Test Automation Engineer
Experience: 3-5 Years
Education: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
Location: Hyderabad

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong background knowledge and hands-on experience on manual testing concepts, test case design techniques, SDLC models, Defect life cycle, etc
• Strong testing skills in Web/Desktop/Cloud-based/Mobile (both native and web) application
• Should have the ability to create test cases, test plans, use cases, Requirement traceability matrix, defect reports
• Should have the ability to prepare test summary reports
• Should have prior experience in using popular test management and defect management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, XRay, TestLink, Fogbugz, TestRail, HP ALM, MS Test Manager, Azure DevOps etc
• Should have good communication skills and have prior experience in participating in teleconferences with clients or any other stakeholders
• Should have quick learning abilities

• Should have prior experience in managing a dedicated team of test automation engineers

• Should have hands-on experience with the following tools

Job description:

• Manage the delivery and clients for multiple test automation projects
• Handle technical, team-related escalations from the client and provide resolutions
• Troubleshoot test automation issues and provide resolutions to clients and teams
• Setup test automation infrastructure across AWS, Docker, etc
• Configure CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, and Azure DevOps and integrate test automation execution
• Conduct code reviews, set up best practices, mentor/train team on them
